The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company shows a profit of £109,136. with £46,653 brought forward. A dividend of five per cent on preference shares absorbs £50,000 and a dividend of three per cent on ordinary shares £37,500. The sum of £08,289 is carried forward.
