WRIT AGAINST BISHOP
ISSUED BY CEMENT TRADE IN BRITAIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) ( LONDON, December 4. The British Cement Federation has issued writs against the Bishop of Birmingham as a result of a speech on November 30 when he attacked airraid shelters as a “misery and a menace,” adding that if the head of Britain's new cement group lived in Germany he would now be in a concentration camp. He also urged control of the cement industry
