NAZI HOPES

SPEECH MADE BY DARRE IN MAY PUBLISHED IN U.S.A. SLAVERY FOR AMERICAN CONTINENTS. FOLLOWING ON EUROPEAN BLITZKREIG. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK, December 5. The North American Newspaper Alliance and the magazine “Life” simultaneously publish a speech by the German Minister of Agriculture, Herr Walter Darre, to high Nazi officials early in May. Herr Darre said: “As important officials of the country in which you suffered for 20 years under the oppression of a foreign race and which God has now returned to us, it is proper that you should be informed of the very near future of our great nation. The greater part of the members of the Nazi Party are insufficiently ripe to comprehend fully the innermost plans, nor can the plans be imparted to the masses. “In the next few days our armies will strike hard on the west and destroy in one blow our eternal enemies. Our good soldiers-’ fists will teach greedy French pleasure-seekers to work hard for us. "'After the military defeat of France, social revolution will follow. The French will welcome us as saviours from the hell of war. “We have many friends in France, Belgium and Holland, not only kinsmen, but also members of those nations. Some have adopted the Fuehrer's doctrine; some re displaced officials; and some are ambitious and cannot resist the temptation of money. All render faithful service.

DESTROYING ENGLAND. “It will be easy to crush contemptible England after the complete defeat and humiliation of the Western Powers. England must be destroyed as once Carthage was destroyed. The centre of this perfidious plutocracy must be turned into ruins, the punishment serving as a lesson to all who attack our nation, particularly the nations in the Western Hemisphere, who should be cognisant that should they stand up against us it would be their last role.” After describing how England was to be destroyed, Herr Darre continued: “Our diplomatic and military pressure must be brought to bear on SouthEastern Europe by good or evil. “We will subjugate Rumania, Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Greece, with the aid of our brave ally, Italy. Then the way will be open for immeasurable supplies of raw materials from Africa, which is Germany’s natural indisputable living-space.

‘’Then it will be possible to enter the next victorious struggle—the economic struggle. “All these plans, normally requiring 10 to 20 years, will be carried out by blitzkrieg. It may be assumed we will be the absolute masters of the two continents, excepting. Russia, before autumn. Then our duty will be to organise economically the territories gained. All soil and industrial property of the. non-German inhabitants will be confiscated and distributed primarily among worthy party members and soldiers.

SLAVERY DEFINED. “Thus the new aristocracy will have slaves assigned to them who will be their property and consist of landless non-German nationals. Please do not interpret the word ‘slaves’ as a parable or a rhetorical term. We actually have in mind a modern form of mediaeval slavery which must and will be introduced because we urgently need it to fulfil our great tasks. “These slaves will by no means.be denied the blessings of literacy, - but higher education in the future will be reserved for the German population of Europe. We have selected this form of slavery for several reasons. The most important is that we are abolishing the gold standard and replacing it by work which must be as cheap as possible so that economic conquest may spread extensively and rapidly. NO FEAR OF AMERICA. “I have been asked about the dangerous of the pseudo-democratic United States possibly attempting to hinder cur historical development There is no fear that this demoralised country will mix in a German war.

“In the first place, we have many friends holding very important positions in political and economic life in the United States who will not permit public opinion to allow something so senseless and insane as war against Germany. Moreover, after the occupation of England and France war will be entirely hopeless. “On the other ’hand, Germans have accounts which must be settled against the United States. The United States holds all Europe’s gold, which was and is indisputably our property. Gold alone is practically valueless to us, but the insulting fact that something God intended for us, of which we have been robbed, has been intentionally withheld from us must not remain unpunished.

ANTICIPATED IN CAPITULATION.

“The United States will also be forced to complete and final capitulation. Our superior idustrial products will be sold at the lowest prices throughout the world, causing the United States to have not seven but 30 to 40 million unemployed. Mr. Rosenfeld (Roosevelt) will then beg the Fuehrer on his knees to purchase from the United States not manufactured goods but raw materials at prices we will dictate.

“The United States is at present so demoralised and corrupted that, like England and France, she need not be considered as a military adversary. We have in the United States a police organisation operating with the same exactitude as in Berlin or in Prague. Do not fear any activities by the United States. The only purpose of the offensive against the United States is forever to get rid of another bulwark of plutocrack and to regain what belongs to us, and to teach America to respect Germany. “With our help the Dominions of England and France will gain independence and will continue to be important markets for our products and faithful supporters of our ideas.” The North American Newspaper- Alliance explains that it cannot be divulged how such an amazing speech came into its possession, but there are satisfactory reasons for believing it to be authentic.
