AIR LINER DISASTER
AT CHICAGO LANDING GROUND EIGHT PERSONS KILLED. SAME NUMBER INJURED. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) CHICAGO, December 4. Eight persons were killed and eight injured when an air liner crashed when an air liner crashed when approaching the municipal airport. It struck a two-story house, upping off both motors. The occupants totalled 16. As the plane approached the airport something went amiss, the plane struck the house, snapped power lines and darkened the airport and the surrounding area and crashed in flames.
