RUNAWAY BALLOON
CAPTURED IN PORTUGAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LISBON, December 2. Firemen in Mirandella captured a balloon believed to have escaped from a British barrage. It trained 700 yards of cable over the Portuguese countryside lor two days, damaging telegraph and telephone lines.
