“SEDGLEY” HOME

GIFT DAY TOMORROW. The annual Gift Day function will be held at Sedgley Boys’ Home, High Street, Masterton, tomorrow, Wednesday, commencing at 2.30 p.m. The new Home, completed last year, is a splendid modern building and caters for more than double the number of boys cared for previously. The boys deserve and are given, every chance in life through this fine Home, and the help of the public in maintaining the work is greatly appreciated. Anything needed or used in an ordinary home, such as food and clothing of all kinds, will be most acceptable. Gifts in money should be forwarded to the hon. secretary, Mr H. A. R. Dunderdale, Perry Street, Masterton. Afternoon tea will be served at 3.30 p.m. and two items will be rendered by the boys during the afternoon.
