The “DagensNyheter’s” Oslo correspondent says that a bomb was aimed at Major Quisling at Fredrikstad, where he was addressing a meeting. The bomb exploded near him as he was leaving the building. Quisling and other prominent persons were not injured, but onlookers were hurt. The 8.8. C. states that Quisling narrowly escaped death at the hands of the fellow-countrymen whom he has sold to Germany. Emerging from a meeting, he was met by a large hostile crowd and the bomb thrown narrowly missed him. One of Quisling’s puppet Ministers went recently to Narvik to address a meeting. He found the hall empty, but a hostile crowd outside.
