INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA
SOME SERIOUS DIFFICULTIES OVERCOME. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) MOSCOW, December 1. The “Isvestia” states that Russian industry has overcome serious difficulties encountered earlier in the year as a result of the international situation.
