ANNUAL MEETING HELD LAST NIGHT. DATES FOR NEXT YEAR’S TRIALS. There was a good attendance at the annual meeting of the Wairarapa Collie Club, held in Masterton last night. The president. Mr J. IVI. James, was in the chair. In moving the adoption of the annual report the president made reference to the bad weather which had marred the trials at Te Ore Ore. but nevertheless the best had been made of the unfavourable conditions. May 7 to May 9 was fixed as the dates for (he trials to be held at Te Ore Ore next year. The dates have yet to be confirmed by the Nortn Island Sheep Dog Trial Executive. Ten new members were elected. Officers for the ensuing year were elected as follow: Patron, Mr Geo Shaw; president. Mr J. M. James; treasurer, Mr W. F. McLaren; secretary, Mr C. J. MacDonald; vice-presid-ents, Messrs C. J. Bennett. Walter Cameron, R. F. R. Beetham, J. W. Buchanan. W. James, R. Liverton. W. F. McLaren, J. McKay, R. Wilton. J. H. Irving; committee, Messrs W. Aitken, G. Beer, T. Brown, R. Buchanan, R. D. Camcron, L. Cameron, A. Chorley, A. H. Falloon, D. Falloon, C. J. Hay, W. James, F. Jennings, W. G. Laing, A. Meikle, H. McGuiness. J. McGuiness, D. McGregor, F. Shaw, W. R. S. Willoughby, G. Thomson, E. T. Wilton, L. R. Wilton, M. J. Wilton and K. A. Wilton; coach, Mr Gordon Thomson.
