ENGINEER SENT TO GAOL
INTOXICATION IN CHARGE OF CAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Stated to be making a second appearance on a charge of intoxication while in charge of a car, Thomas Greenwood Schofield, an engineer, aged 43, was sentenced by Mr. J. L. Stout. S.M., to 21 days’ imprisonment with hard labour. The licence was cancelled for three years.
