FREE FRENCH FORCES. GENERAL DE GAULLE GIVES PARTICULARS. General de Gaulle in a broadcast to the people of France, said there were 35,000 trained troops in the Free French forces, 20 warships in service, a thousand airmen, 60 merchant ships at sea, and numerous technicians in factories.
