MILK RATIONING
FOR ORDINARY HOUSEHOLDERS IN BRITAIN. DURING WINTER SHORTAGE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, November 28. The Ministry of Food announced that milk will be rationed to ordinary householders during the winter shortage. Full supplies are being maintained for hospitals, mothers of children and schools.
