ACCORDING TO MINISTER IN LONDON NO DECLARATION OF STATE OF SIEGE. FOREIGN REPORTS DENIED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 11.0 a.m.) RUGBY, November 28. The Bulgarian Minister to London states that the rumours current abroad, particularly in Bucharest and Belgrade, alleging the overthrow of the Bulgarian Government and the declaration of a state of siege in Sofia, are tendentious and entirely without foundation. The Minister added that the situation throughout Bulgaria is perfectly calm.
