REPORTED ON ALBANIAN FRONT

Heavy Fighting in Epirus MANY ITALIAN PRISONERS TAKEN FORCE IN NORTH REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN CUT OFF A big battle has been raging for the past four days on the whole of the 150 mile front, between the Greeks and Italians, a 8.8. C. broadcast reports. The fighting is particularly heavy in the southern portion of the battlefield. Messages speak of operations by British and Greek planes and one report states that seven Italian planes were shot down yesterday. Many Italians have been captured and in the north an Italian force is reported to have been cut off. It is said it will find it extremely difficult to fight its way out.
