A MONETARY AGREEMENT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 9,15 a.m.) RUGBY, November 26. An early announcement is expected of the formal signature of an AngloSpanish financial agreement, which has been initialled in Madrid, at the Bank of Spain by the Director-General of the Institute de Moneda and a representative of the British Treasury. It is anticipated that the British Ambassador, Sir Samuel Hoare and Senor Suner will sign the agreement, which regulates payments between the sterling area and Spain and also settles certain matters of detail which had caused friction.
