ANOTHER MACKAY RADIO REPORT STEAMER SIGHTS SUSPICIOUS ' SHIP. ENEMY VESSELS AT TAMPICO RAISE STEAM. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright! WASHINGTON, November 24. , The Mackay radio reported that a second freighter radioed that she had sighted a suspicious vessel at longitude 55.11 north, latitude 20.40 west. A message from Tampico (Mexico) states that three German ships there, including the Orinoco, and nine Italian freighters have steam up, causing rumours that they are planning to depart.

The Mackay radio station reported on Sunday having received a message from the British steamer Port Hobart, saying that she was being shelled by a raider off the West Indies. The position of the Port Hobart was given as 500 miles north-east of Puerto Rico.

A radio signal at 11.12 G.M.T. today announced that, she was still afloat, her position being about 57.15 north and 17.40 west, but that she was breaking up amidships. Thirteen men were still aboard with one life raft only. The British steamer Temple Inn was being attacked by a submarine at 56.15 north and 08.41 west at 11.45 G.M.T. today.
