WATCH ON MARTINIQUE
.o— MAINTAINED BY UNITED STATES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) WASHINGTON. November 21. Colonel Knox, Secretary for the Navy, said that naval planes are working from Bermuda and St. Lucia and probably also from Newfoundland. The navy is maintaining an active patrol in the Martinique area, but United States ships are not stationed there.
