SOLDIER SETTLEMEMNT
DISCUSSED BY R.S.A. CONFERENCE. PROCEEDINGS PRIVATE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A conference of delegates from R.S.A. branches, which met to formulate a land policy for the association, was held in private, but it is understood that the aim is to formulate proposals for settlement of soldiers returning from overseas and that they’ will be submitted to cabinet tomorrow. As the Small Farms Amendment Eill refers to the settlement of discharged soldiers, it is being taken into consideration.
