BLACKOUTS IN TRINIDAD
FEAR OF POSSIBLE RAIDS FROM MARTINIQUE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) NEW YORK, November 14. There are weekly blackouts in Trinidad because of the fear of possible raids on the oil fields from Martinique. Nine hundred air force trainees were expected last week in Trinidad, where a winter training base is being established.
