Informed circles say thirteen of an improved type of Flying Fortress bombers are scheduled for England in November. They are believed to be the most potent in the world. The flight range is upwards of 4000 miles loaded.

A message from Washington stales, according to the 8.8. C.. that a number of the famous Flying Fortress planes will shortly be transferred to Britain. These powerful machines have a flying range of over 4000 miles and a feature of their design is the number of protective gun positions. ■
