MESSAGE FROM BELGIUM
REPLY TO NEW ZEALAND PRIME MINISTER.
The Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, has received the following cablegram from the Prime Minister of Belgium, M. Pierlot, in reply to his message expressing gratification at the safe arrival in England of M. Pierlot and his foreign Minister, M. Spaak: “M. Spaak and myself are very gratified by your message. We wish to express to his Majesty’s Government in New Zealand our deep appreciation and our firm desire to work in closest co-operation with all Allied Governments for the achievement of victory and liberation of all oppressed peoples.”
