MASTERTON CATTLE FAIR. A KEEN DEMAND. The Associated Auctioneers report having held a very successful cattle I fair yesterday when 2000 head of sta--1 tion cattle came forward. As the result of the beneficial rain the previous week there was a keen demand for all classes of cattle, particularly females. Most of the cattle were purchased by local buyers, and although there was a good representation of outside buyers they were only able to operate on a small scale.
