MOVE FOR COOPERATIVE UNION WHEN LIBERTY IS REGAINED. NAZI NEW ORDER DENOUNCED. The Polish Government and the Provisional Government of Czechoslovakia, the 8.8. C. reports, have issued a joint declaration that they consider it imperative that their two countries, while retaining their independence. should enter into a new political and economic order in Central Europe, based on democracy, when their liberty has been restored. The hope is expressed that Poland and Czechoslovakia will be joined in this development by other countries in Central Europe.
