NAZI ADMISSION

WARSHIP SUNK BY BRITISH SUBMARINE MAY BE POCKET BATTLESHIP. VESSEL WHICH RAIDED CONVOY. (By Telegraph—Press Associaiton—Copyright) LONDON, November 11. The German Admiralty last night announced without detail that a German warship had been sunk by a British submarine. No confirmation is available in London but unofficially it is believed that the warship was possibly the pocket battleship which shelled a convoy in mid-Atlantic last week. It is believed that if the vessel were a destroyer or smaller the Germans would have mentioned the fact.
