Mrs John Glengarrie is the guest of Mrs C. A. Greenwood, of Lansdowne. Mrs F. Tatham, Homewood, has returned from a visit to Heretaunga. Miss I. Kirk, Renall Street, Masterton, is on a visit to Wellington. Mrs. N. S. Blundell, Gladstone, is spending a holiday at Paraparaumu. Miss McKay, Cole Street, Masterton, left yesterday on .a visit to Sydney. Mrs. L. Tankersley and Miss H. Tankersley, Upper Plain, are on a visit to Wanganui. Mrs J. W. Dove, Renall Street, Masterton, is spending a holiday with her mother, Mrs Anderson, Dunedin. Mr and Mrs W. Brown, Wellington, will spend the weekend in Masterton, and are the guests of Mr and Mrs W. L. Hunter, Coradine Street. The death occurred at the Napier Hospital of Mrs Albert Judd who, with her husband, resided at Tokomaru for about 50 years. Mi" and Mrs Judd resided at Hastings for about six years after disposing of their farming interests at Tokomaru. Mrs S. W. Martin, of Martinborough, is a daughter.
