GUARDING AGAINST SABOTAGE.—To eliminate the misfits from the hundreds of applicants seeking jobs, officials of the Lockheed Aircraft Corporation, at California, have devised a scries of ingenious tests as a “mental X-ray" to measure intelligence, temperament and disposition of prospective employees. A job-seeker at the plant must also furnish proof of citizenship, and, if he is hired, his finger-prints and photo are taken and checked by G-men.
