NAVAL TRAINING
HIGH COMMISSIONER VISITS NEW ZEALANDERS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.3 p.m.) RUGBY, November 8. In order to watch New Zealanders undergoing special training for the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, the New Zealand High Commissioner (Mr W. J. Jordan) visited a school devoted to that purpose. Those who attend are men with experience of the merchant service and deep sea yachting. Six hundred men from Britain and the overseas Empire are undergoing a course to qualify them for a naval career.
