An announcement that negotiations have now been completed with the United Kingdom Government in regard to the prices of meat for the 194041 season, and that the f.o.b. prices payable by the Marketing Department will be the same as for last season with the exception of minor adjustments in respect of edible offals and bacon cuts, was made last evening by the Minister of Marketing, Mr. Nash. He said that full details of these adjustments would be published as soon as possible. The schedule of f.o.b. prices. New Zealand currency, paid by the Marketing Department last season for meat and the principal classes purchased for shipment to the United Kingdom was as follows:—
