AUSTRALIAN JOURNALIST'S TRIBUTE. IN HISTORY OF FIGHTER SQUADRONS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, November 6. The Gollancz Company is publishing “Fighter Squadrons,” a history of the R.A.F. advanced striking force in France, by the Australian journalist, Noel Monks. The book has an In Memoriam” to “Cobber” Kain, which says: “His courage and fighting heart were at Britain’s service and his friendship was mine.”
