SIR ANDREW RUSSELL
MAKING ROUND OF VISITS OF INSPECTION. LEAVING FOR SOUTH ISLAND TOMORROW. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Major-General Sir Andrew Russell. Inspector-General of the New Zealand Forces, leaves Wellington tomorrow for Christchurch, to commence a round of visits to the units of the Southern Command, mainly those of Class 2 of the National Reserve. He will visit the principal South Island centres, returning to Wellington on November 20.
