ALL=TIME TOTALISATOR RECORD OLD ROWLEY TO BE RETIRED. AT END OF SPRING CAMPAIGN. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, at Noon.) MELBOURNE. November 5. The totalisator figure for the second day of the V.R.C. meeting was £127,376 15s and established an all-time record. Pooley Bridge, one of the greatest hurdlers in recent years, strained a suspensory ligament and will not race again. Old Rowley will be retired at the end of the spring campaign. He is liicely to be a runner in the Williamstown Cup.
