MORE ATTACKS ON BRITAIN SEVEN ENEMY MACHINES DESTROYED. R.A.F. RAIDS ON CHANNEL PORTS. Over England yesterday iseven enemy planes were destroyed, the 8.8. C. Six British fighters were lost but the pilots of three are safe. Three enemy air attacks were made on London yesterday, the 8.8. C. reports, and one on Dorset. This last did not penetrate beyond the coast. The London raiders consisted mostly of fighters flying at a great height. They were engaged by British fighters and ground defences and none penetrated to the inner area of the capital. Bombs dropped in East Kent caused casualties, some of which were fatal. R.A.F. bombers again made attacks on enemy invasion bases. The heaviest attack was at Boulogne where the whole sky was lit up.
