MONEY FOR AIRCRAFT
GIFTS FROM MANY LANDS. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, November 4. A steady stream of gifts for aircraft, continues to pour in from sources both at home and overseas —from the Hebrides to Zanzibar. Hebridean crofters, who have been strikingly to the fore in enlistment in the forces, also contribute regularly to thp air effort. Zanzibar Fighter Fund subscriptions now exceed £5OOO. Other contributions have been received from the Malay States, Barbados, Northern Rhodesia, and Cypru.s as well as numerous other parts of the Empire.
