SHELTERING AT TANGIER
ITALIAN SUBMARINE. POSITION UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 9.40 a.m.) RUGBY. November 4. Agency messages state that an Italian submarine has entered Tangier Harbour (Morocco). Legal circles in London point out. that, it this is true, unless the submarine is damaged and effects repairs within twenty-four hours, she must surrender herself and her crew for internment.
