FOR YOUR HAIR
ORRIS ROOT TREATMENT. If it. is a cold, dull day, and you are frightened to wash your hair try giving it an orris root treatment. Spread some sheets of newspaper on the floor, stand on them and then sprinkle finely powdered orris root over the hair. Work it well into the scalp with the fingertips, and then leave it undisturbed for 10 minutes. Now give your hair a good, brisk brush until every scrap of orris root is removed. Take an old piece of silk and give the hair a brisk rub.,This will give it a beautiful gloss.
