SOMETHING FOR BREAKFAST
TOMATOES STUFFED WITH SWEETCORN. Scoop out the middles of mediumsized tomatoes and sprinkle inside with pepper and salt. Place the contents of 1 small tin sweetcorn in a basin, add -1 cup thick white sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Fill tomatoes and sprinkle top with finely-shredded bacon. Bake in a moderate oven until tomatoes are cooked, but firm, and bacon crisp.
