DECLARATION OF SYMPATHY WITH DEMOCRACIES. Moslems in London yesterday, opening the three-day celebration of Ramadan, offered prayers for the destruction of the enemies of Islam, the 8.8. C. reports. One of the speakers said the sympathy of Moslems all over the world would go out to the Democracies.
