LAST HONOURS

AIR VICE-MARSHAL BLOUNT’S FUNERAL. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 28. High officers of the R.A.F. and representatives of the men who served under him in France paid a last farewell to Air Vice-Marshal Blount at his graveside in a village churchyard at Essendon, Herts. Air Vice-Marshal, Blount was killed in an accident last Thursday. Among the mourners were his two sons, Flying Officer John Blount, who wore the R.A.F. uniform, and his younger brother, Christopher, a Harrow schoolboy.
