AT A DEADLOCK
THAILAND AND INDO-CHINA. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) BANGKOK, October 26. . The Publicity Bureau denied that Thailand had issued an ultimatum to Indo-China. It explained that the negotiations had reached a stalemale, but the situation was unchanged. Newspapers report that the Government has forbidden travel across the frontier of Indo-China. Three detachments of police have been dispatched to the frontier.
