CONSCRIPTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) OTTAWA, October 26. All Belgian nationals in Canada between the ages of 19 and 25 will be conscripted for active service overseas. . Baron Silvercruys, Belgian Minister Plenipotentiary, announced that, in addition youths of from 16 to 19 and men from 25 to 35 will be accepted as volunteers. Similarly male Belgians in the United States between 19 and 35 will be accepted as volunteers. There are approximately 30,000 Belgians in Canada.
