ALLEGED ATTACK ATTEMPT TO KILL ADMIRAL . DECOUX. (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) TOKIO, October 24. Despatches from Bangkok quote newspapers as reporting that ViceAdmiral Decoux, Governor-General of Indo-China, was attacked by a young French officer, who fired a pistol at Admiral Decoux, but missed.
