WITHDRAWAL OF NAVAL DEPENDANTS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.20 a.m.) SHANGHAI. October 24. The Navy Department has announced that it is evacuating to the United States all dependants of the regular Navy and Marino personnel by November 15. Some 220 persons arc embarking by the Monterey on November 1 and the remainder by the Pierce Coolidge and Taft thereafter.
