MARKETING OF SUGAR
REGULATION IN INDIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) LUCKNOW, October 23. The Indian sugar syndicate is reducing by 3i rupees per maund the basic prices of sugar produced before April 12, 1940, and remaining unsold after 60 per cent of such production is sold. The committee is meeting the Government to discuss export.
