ARRIVAL IN LONDON. (£>v Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, October 23. The Belgian Prime Minister, M. Pierlot. and the Belgian Foreign Minister. M. Spack. have arrived in London. Both have been endeavouring for some weks to reach London, but have been prevented by circumstances. The Belgian Government is still carrying on in London and the arrival of the two Ministers will add strength to the work it is doing. DETENTION IN SPAIN. (Received This Day, 11 a.m.) LONDON, October 23. The Belgian Prime Minister, M. Pierlot, and the Foreign Minister, Dr. Spaak, have reached London. from where they are exercising the full duties of a Government. They escaped from France via smugglers' paths across the Pyrenees but were detained in Spain for some weeks.
