CLOSE WATCH ON JAPANESE NEGOTIATIONS WITH DUTCH AND OTHER COMPANIES. STATEMENT IN HOUSE OF COMMONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.47 a.m.) RUGBY, October 23. Asked in the House of Commons about negotiations for the supply of oil to Japan by a number of Dutch and other companies, Mr. Dinglefoot said Dr. Dalton was aware that such negotiations were taking place, and was watching them closely.
