PRISONS FOR YOUTHS
ESTABLISHED IN REICH. NAZI LEADER ON ROUGH HANDLING. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) BERLIN October 21. Herr Aptman, leader of the Hitler Youth Movement, said that generally he was satisfied with the conduct of members, though lately there had been a greater number of cases needing rough handling, for which it had been necessary to establish youth service prisons.
