DEATH ENDS DISTINGUISHED CAREER TWENTY-SEVEN NAZI PLANES SHOT DOWN. IN POLAND AND WESTERN EUROPE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, October 21. A Czechoslovak ace in the R.A.F., Whose name has been withheld, has been killed. He escaped from Prague before the outbreak of war and joined the Polish Air Force. He gained 11 victories during the war in Poland and continued his successes in France and Britain, shooting down 16 additional German machines.
