VISIT TO STRICKEN AREA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10 52 a.m.) RUGBY. October 18. Their Majesties the King and Queen visited a block of working-class flats which had been badly damaged by German air raids and where there was loss of life, and, talked with some of the peoplq who had been rescued from a hit shelter.
