A. visitor to Masterton today was Professor W. H. Gould. of Victoria University College. Wellington. Mr A. J. Petrie, manager of the Bank of New Zealand in Huntervillle, has been appointed manager in Marton.
Mr J. B. Brown, -manager of the Bank of New Zealand at Eltham, has received notice of his transfer to the Mangaweka branch. Mr Brown was former stationed in Masterton. Mr L. J. McDonald has been appointed by the Wellington Education Board to succeed Mr A. C. Blake, who has resigned, as cne of its representatives on the Wellington Technical College Board of Governors.
