Dr. Sara Mulholland, Wellington, is staying at the Hotel Midland. Miss Patricia Jordan, Lansdowne, is visiting Wellington. Miss L. Coleman, Levin, spent the weekend in Masterton. Mrs E. C. White and family, Manaia Road, Masterton, are staying at Paraparaumu Beach. Mrs George Wagg, Renall Street, Masterton, and Miss Judy Gough, Essex Street, Masterton, are staying at the Chateau Tongariro. Sir Wilfred Grenfell, the famous Labrador surgeon and philantrophist, who died last week, was an uncle of Mrs A. Drew, of Masterton. Mrs McCaul, who has been visiting the South Island, is staying with Mrs C. T. R. Richardson, The Terrace, Lansdowne, before returning to Auckland. Mrs W. Cooper and Miss J. Cooper, Renall Street, Masterton, who have been staying with Mrs H. McLaren, Paraparaumu Beach, have returned to Masterton.
